Purely rude and unprofessional staff!!! The woman in the front desk greeted me with such disrespect yesterday I just left! I hardly ever do a review for bad service because I feel bad about hurting a business. But this review is well deserve. I cannot understand why a staff member feels it is OK to Yell at customers just because their day is not going well or they are busy! This woman threw a pager at my hand and screamed to me to get inside now! I ended up leaving and took my party of 20 to another establishment. Learn manners and treat people with courtesy and respect! This is not a petty review! It's a review on their courtesy towards their customers. I could not eat the food coming from someone who shows disgust in the way they treat you just to seat you down.

I frequent this outstanding restaurant many times since I enjoy the special air that is unique to this place. The team is awfuly loving and experienced. The service is remarkablywonderfully rapid. Not to mention, the food you eat is highly distinguished. I ate there many times and I was always delighted. The pay is honest. I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Very fast efficient service very inexpensive. Must pay 18 percent gratuity. Best damn sushi in evergreen park. Always fresh generous portions. Great waitstaff

I was there on 5/19/19 for a friends birthday. It was an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Everything was delicious! Plenty of food! I was stuffed and had enough to take home. Service was excellent, friendly, and entertaining! Oh yeah, can't forget the delicious cheesecake! I didn't mind the cost because it was well worth it! Can't wait to go back!#LovedIt 👍👍👍

We had the best hibachi cook we have ever had. He made the experience fantastic. There was a lot of food and it was good. They are priced about the same as all other hibachi. I would recommend.

This spot has fantastic service as well as delightful menu. One of my favourite places around town. The food served quickly and the prices were economical. Will definitely recommend this place.

Excellent food a place you can take your family and celebrate or yourself

Amazing Mongolian beef, servers are nice, and food is made quick. Their fried rice isn't that flavorful. It needs something extra or maybe a different soy sauce. I have not tried the hibachi menu yet.

Food was great but they can do better with the social distancing

Wonderful portions, everything was delicious.. even the mushroom soup and I don't like mushrooms. The energy there is nice and the staff is friendly

My sister had her bridal dinner at this place. It's a really nice place, food was good and they give you large amounts of it. Great customer service. I would go back and recommend this location.

Love this place food is amazing, however delivery service is horrible the last 2 times I order food took 2 hours to arrive. When attempting to contact the restaurant nobody answer the phone. I had to call 3 times until I finally got connected.

I love the food at Wu’s. But the service on the patio is not ready for guests yet. We had to wait 20 minutes for menus after we were seated and given water. When our food arrived, there was no napkins or silverware. So I had to find my own utensils at the service desk in the front, as no employee was around. We had to request napkins when an employee reappeared 10 minutes later. Other tables were having similar and larger problems. The food was still great, but they need to do some work on patio service.
